Meet Us

Dalila Garza, Director
Bachelor's in Spanish and Math Education
As a migrant child, I learned the value of hard work from my family; summer mornings in the fields and late nights at the bodegas. HEP students demonstrate the same kind of hard work, dedication and sacrifice. It is with these tools that anyone can reach their goals, fulfill their dreams, lead by example and make a change if given the opportunity. Here you have an opportunity. Welcome to the HEP Family!

Leslie Esquivel, Student Coordinator
Associate's of Art
Leslie was raised in the Treasure Valley; her parents worked as migrant farmworkers in Nyssa, Oregon. She attended and received her associate degree from Treasure Valley Community College. She now resides in the area raising her family. Despite some challenges, she learned that it芒鈧劉s never too late to learn a new skill or try something new. Her goal is to give back to an underserved community that has helped my family overcome obstacles and succeed in a new country.
