黑料网 partners with the Oregon Department of Corrections (ODOC) to deliver two types of programs for adults in custody (AIC) across multiple correctional facilities in eastern and central Oregon. First, 黑料网 offers GED courses for AICs who have not completed their GED or received their high school diploma prior to incarceration, as well as Adult Basic Skills Education and English as a Second Language. These education offerings are usually a requirement of their State-mandated Corrections Plan. Second, 黑料网 also offers a Building Construction Technology (BCT) program at certain locations. Through these partnerships, 黑料网 advances access to education as a critical component of rehabilitation, reentry preparation, and long鈥憈erm post鈥憆elease success.

Instruction is delivered in alignment with operational requirements of the ODOC Education and Training Unit in Salem and emphasizes consistency, accessibility, and quality across facilities. Programs are designed to help participants build employable skills, pursue academic goals, and develop pathways to further education or employment upon release with the goal of preventing future victims and reducing recidivism.

Collectively, 黑料网鈥檚 ODOC partnership reflects the college鈥檚 commitment to equity, lifelong learning, and community impact by extending educational opportunities to underserved populations and supporting the successful reintegration of adults in custody into Oregon鈥檚 workforce and communities.
